JOIN US AS WE CELEBRATE THE SIXTH ANNUAL PUNK ROCK PROM AT THE FLINT LOCAL 432 on June 22nd, 2013!
Get gussied up, bring your best guy/gal/non-cisgender friend, and let’s party like it’s 1955, 1985, or 2015!
We have 7 bands on this years lineup and we’re can’t wait to share who’s playing for you all! Since we’re that impatient, we’re very pleased to announce that Lawnmower and The Standouts will be playing!
Make sure to follow us for the next 6 weeks as we reveal who’s playing and for chances to win FREE TICKETS!
Go RSVP to the event, invite your date, and pick up a pre-sale ticket ($10 in advance, $12 at the door, we’ll be limiting pre-sales to 100 so people have a chance to get in at the door)

In case you missed it earlier this week, we posted a video that was produced by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation about the Local. It’s a short promo video that features the Swellers, and various interviews with people of interest from the Flint music scene.
This is what all-ages music is all about. We hope you enjoy it!
We’re so stoked to welcome Break Anchor to our stage this Sunday, June 24th.
Break Anchor features Jay Navarro from the Suicide Machines, Hellmouth, and Left in Ruin. Jay is a long-time friend of ours and we’ve always loved everything he’s touched.
Come down and support some great musicians, we’d love to make this a big as possible.
Come hang out this Sunday! It’s going to be a great show.

Thanks to everyone who came out this weekend. We’re so excited to see so much enthusiasm among so many new faces. We’re making the positive steps to make the Local a better place each and every night, improving it just a little bit more and more. We’re getting back into the swing of this again, and we’re gaining momentum.
Thanks to everyone who played, donated their time to help make this happen, helped with the show, or paid $5.00 to get inside. We wouldn’t get anywhere without you. You make this possible.
We have a fantastic schedule shaping up for early summer. We’re going to highlight local talent, bring in some fantastic bands from around Michigan and the nation, we’ll be a stop at every ArtWalk in Downtown Flint, and we have extensive programming planned for No Child Left Online program.
The Flint Local 432 is an all ages, 501(c)(3) non-profit, substance free music venue and arts space located in historical Downtown Flint, Michigan.
